To continue our success, we employ people who value the same things we do. Right now, we have an opening for an Implementation Specialist to help business owners get set up in our systems so we can make their lives easier by removing some administrative burdens.

You may be wondering what experience an Implementation Specialist needs. We’re, glad you asked!

  • At least 2 years of large payroll company experience (ExecuPay experience is highly desirable)
  • At least 1 year of experience in setting up new client accounts
  • A love of new technology and quick to adapt to it
  • Superior client service skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Communicates well in both written and spoken forms
  • A high level of emotional intelligence shown through compassion and empathy

However, this is not the right opportunity for someone who:

  • Complains about clients, gossips about team members, or places blame on others
  • Values proving themselves right over team collaboration and success
  • Fails to hold themself personally accountable
  • Lacks a sense of urgency or moves at a slow, methodical pace
  • Struggles with or resists change
  • Can’t empathize with the unspoken and often unanticipated needs of busy clients

Although we want people on our team who have worked in large payroll companies, we aren’t looking for people who necessarily like the big box kind of experience.
