The growth of our office and the recent promotion of the person in this role has created an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team. Ours is a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides A+ service at all times. That is particularly critical in this role, which you could consider the manager of first impressions.

The successful candidate will have solid experience at the front desk of a business, preferably one that provides services to other businesses. Does this sound like you? If you’re good with Microsoft Office products, are a delight to work with, and are fiercely reliable, we want to hear from you!

Our Receptionist will:

  • Answer phones/greet walk-ins
  • Assist with packing payrolls
  • Help with keeping office organized
  • Backup print room specialist with check printing and sorting
  • Check mail daily
  • Assist with booking appointments.
